These terms govern your use of Kagzi. By using our website or app, you agree to them. Please read the parts about what our service is — and what it isn't.

01 About Kagzi and our service

Kagzi is a private assisted-services platform operated by Kagzi Services("Kagzi", "we", "us"). We help you apply for government documents, exam and admission forms, and related online services by connecting you with a verified local agent ("Kagzi Mitra") who assists you and submits your application on the relevant portal.

Important — What we do and don't do. Kagzi is not a government body and is not affiliated with any government department. We provide assistance with filling and submitting applications. We do not issue documents, and we do not guarantee approval, issuance, or any particular outcome. "Applied successfully" means your application has been submitted to the relevant government portal — nothing more.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Service. Where an application relates to a minor, it must be made by the minor's parent or legal guardian.

03 How the service works

  • You choose a service and submit basic details through the app or website.
  • A verified Kagzi Mitra near you contacts you, verifies your documents, and explains the process.
  • The Mitra submits your application on the relevant government portal using their own authorised credentials, and stays available to you throughout.

04 Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents.
  • You are solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of the documents and details you provide.
  • You authorise your assigned Mitra to submit your application on your behalf.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.

05 Fees and payments

For most services, the total amount is made up of two parts:

  • Government fee — The official fee charged by the relevant authority, collected and passed through to the government portal.
  • Kagzi service charge — Our charge for the assistance provided by your Mitra and the platform.

The full price for each service is shown to you before you pay. Applicable taxes may apply. Payments are processed securely by our authorised payment partner.

06 Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if you cancel, or if your application cannot be submitted, before it is submitted to the government portal, you receive a full refund of the amount paid (government fee and service charge). Once an application is submitted, no refund applies.

07 No guarantee of outcome

The decision to approve, reject, or issue any document, registration, or result rests solely with the relevant government authority. Kagzi and the Mitra are not responsible for rejections, delays, additional requirements, or downtime of government portals. Our service charge is for the assistance provided, not for any guaranteed outcome.

08 Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to: Provide false or forged documents; impersonate any person; Engage in fraud or any unlawful activity; misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; or infringe the rights of others.

09 Intellectual property

The Kagzi name, logo, content, and software are owned by Kagzi Services and are protected by law. You may not copy, use, or reproduce them without our written permission.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kagzi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the Kagzi service charge paid by you for that specific application.

11 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kagzi against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from any false or unlawful information or documents you provide.

12 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law.

13 Third-party services and portals

The Service relies on government portals and third-party providers (such as our payment partner). We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
