Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund rule is simple and fair, and built around one clear moment: whether your application has been submitted to the government portal yet.

01 The simple version

✅ Before submission

Full refund

If you cancel, or if your application cannot be submitted for any reason, before it is filed on the government portal — you get a 100% refund of the full amount paid, including both the government fee and the Kagzi service charge.

🚫 After submission

No refund

Once your application has been successfully submitted to the government portal, the government fee is non-recoverable and the service has been delivered. No refund applies after submission.

02 Why it works this way

When your Mitra submits your application, the government fee is paid into the official portal and cannot be returned to us, and the assistance work is complete. That is why the cut-off for refunds is the moment of submission. Before that point, nothing is locked in — so you are fully protected.

You are never charged for a result we can't deliver. If we cannot submit your application, you get every rupee back.

03 When a full refund applies

  • You choose to cancel before your application is submitted.
  • Your application cannot be submitted because of a document or eligibility issue we cannot resolve.
  • The relevant government portal is unavailable and the application cannot be filed.
  • A payment is debited but no application is created (see Section 6).

04 How to request a cancellation or refund

Please contact your Kagzi Mitra first regarding any refund request. If your Mitra is unavailable or unable to resolve the issue, contact Kagzi Support through the app, by email, by whatsapp or by phone with your application reference number before submission. We will verify the application status and process a refund if eligible.

05 Refund timeline and method

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2-3 working days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are handled through our payment partner.

06 Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but your order is not created, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount is refunded in full to your original payment method. If an automatic reversal does not happen, contact us and we will resolve it.

07 What is not refundable

The government fee and the Kagzi service charge are not refundable once your application has been successfully submitted to the government portal, as explained in Section 1.
