Kagzi provides digital, assisted services. This policy explains what "delivery" means for us, and the timelines you can expect.

01 A digital service — no physical shipping

Kagzi is an online assisted-services platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, and no goods are delivered by courier or post.

02 What "delivery" means at Kagzi

The service we deliver is assistance with submitting your application. Delivery is complete when your assigned Kagzi Mitra has successfully submitted your application to the relevant government portal.

Please note:Submitting your application is not the same as the document being issued. The issuance of any document, registration, or result is decided by the relevant government authority and is outside Kagzi's control.

03 Typical timelines

  • First contact: A verified Mitra usually contacts you within 10 Minutes of your request.
  • Submission: Once your documents are verified and complete, your application is typically submitted within 30 minutes, subject to government portal availability.

These are typical timelines and may vary depending on the service requested and external factors.

04 Updates and tracking

You can track the status of your request inside the Kagzi app, and you will receive updates by call, SMS, or app notification at key stages — including when your application has been submitted.

05 Factors that may affect timelines

  • Incomplete, unclear, or incorrect documents.
  • Downtime or maintenance of government portals.
  • Additional requirements or verification requested by the authority.
  • Public holidays and non-working days.
