01 This request is for Kagzi
Kagzi is a private assisted-services platform operated by Kagzi Services. This page is for anyone with a Kagzi account who wants that account, and the personal data associated with it, deleted.
02 How to request account deletion
Email Kagzi support and ask us to delete your account. Include the mobile number registered on your Kagzi account so we can identify it.
- Send an email to support@kagzi.co.
- Use the subject "Kagzi account deletion request". The button below opens your email app with that subject already filled in.
- Include the mobile number on your Kagzi account, and state that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.
You can send this email from any device. The Kagzi Android app does not need to be installed.
03 What happens after you submit a request
Kagzi support receives your email and deletes your Kagzi account and the personal data associated with it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
